To apply, startups should have :

z a working product or service, revenues and traction in their home market country (We will not accept pre-product and pre-revenue companies)

z Have already received angel or seed funding

z some clearly identified potential partners and customers in the US that have shown strong interest in the startup expertise

z at least one cofounder with a strong technical background and an existing R&D team

z have a disruptive model and product in the following software area: mobility, cloud, social, consumer media, enterprise software
